Abstract
This evaluation report is based on the evidence and insights generated by a Systems Impact Assessment of the Renewable Energy for Refugees (RE4R) project implemented in partnership with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. The purpose of this evaluation was to assess the extent of and prospect for systems change as a result of RE4R to re-shape the global humanitarian system in the recognition, uptake, and mainstreaming of RE in humanitarian response.
