Abstract
There has been an increase in need and requests for Landslide Early Warning Systems (LEWS) within Nepal and the current, and past, work of the PAC International team provided an opportunity to develop an informed strategy in this area. PAC International worked with the PAC Nepal team to review current best practice, map LEWS stakeholders in mountain environments and make recommendations. This 'Vision for LEWS in Nepal' document outlines recommended actions to build LEWS in Nepal, highlights key stakeholders, and indicates what can be achieved in the short and long term.
