Abstract

A comprehensive city sanitation plan prepared by Practical Action and adopted by Angul Municipality including a situational assessment of citywide access to toilets, faecal sludge management, storm water drainage, solid waste management and water supply, as well as institutional capacity and finance. The document details a plan for achieving 100% coverage in water, sanitation, hygiene and waste management and sustained management over 25 years. It outlines the investments required to achieve this.
