The specific objectives of this plan are to: • Provide a framework to guide the implementation of social, economic, and physical development, • Identify priority issues requiring urgent attention due to their impacts on livelihoods especially on environment, poor men, women, children and other vulnerable groups, • Identify resource potentials both local (LATF, CDF) and external and coordinate the implementation of priority projects in the ward to facilitate overall socio-economic development, • Provide a long term strategy for growth and development in the ward.
