Sustainable farming and employment in the cloud forest https://practicalaction.org/cafecorrecto Cajamarca, Jun�n, and Puno in Peru and La Paz in Bolivia March 2015 - February 2019 The project will work with small scale coffee producers to improve their incomes and to introduce more environmentally sustainable agricultural techniques. Project activities include: Addressing overreliance on coffee by providing training and knowledge networks for alternative products such as cocoa and honey Training for environmentally sustainable agroforestry techniques like layer farming and shading Creating 30 new agro-forestry cooperatives, to access new markets and allow the sharing of knowledge and techniques.
