Boiling Point 48 : Participatory Approaches for Alleviating Indoor Air Pollution in Rural Kenyan Kitchens

Abstract

The participatory approach being adopted by ITDG works with communities, discussing with households the KnOwn scientific risks of indoor air pollution, and working with them to find solutions which both reduce smoke, and at the same time enhance the comfort and quality of their lives.
