This brief summarises the impact of two key projects on urban water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) in informal settlements in Kisumu City, Kenya. This gives an overview of the context, approach, impact. The two projects ('Kisumu City Partnerships for Improved Sanitation' and 'Safe Pair of Hands') were in the locations Nyalenda A, Nyalenda B and Obunga informal settlements and ran from 2016-2021.
