Abstract
This house in Ngarua, in the Rift Valley Province, was built using Stabilized Soil Blocks (SSB) after a group of young people in Ngarua learnt of the technology. The area has plenty of sand soil which is used in making the blocks together with a little cement. Photo contest entrant 2009.
